Often I come across things which i am not currently implementing due to my lack of person power that i have to put off these may be hard to remember and come back to so making a note of these in the original recording place which is then collated with all others in another place would be good
I come accross aspects of design that I know will break if something else breaks, if this cannot be dynamically resolved then it should be noted so that one can be notified quickly of what has broken upon changing something In code it isnt as simple as looking at where code was called as the thing that is changed may be a concept not realised in code
